Mondarmoni is an exotic sea resort in West Bengal . It is close to Digha , a well known seabeach in West Bengal and is about 3-4 hours journey from Kolkata . If  you have boarded a Digha bound bus make sure you get down at a bus stop named Chalkhola . Most of the hotels have dormitories where drivers can stay .As a weekend tour Mondarmoni is becoming popular among tourists visiting this part of Eastern India.

The chief attraction of this tourist spot is the sight of Mt Kanchenjunga it provides . Almost from every part of the town you can have a view splendid view of Mt Kanchenjunga.
